Selecting between the fuel type depends on your daily running with the car and as per your requirements, diesel would be a better pick. Diesel engines usually have better fuel efficiency compared to the petrol counterparts and diesel engines have higher torque and they give a smoother drive for long distances. Kia Sonet gets a 1.5-litre diesel unit that makes 100PS and 240Nm with the manual and 115PS and 250Nm with the auto transmission. The claimed fuel efficiency stands at 24.1kmpl for manual and 19kmpl for automatic. For a better understanding of compatibility and riding comfort, we would suggest you to take a test ride. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership.

If you want mileage friendly vehicle go for diesel which gives you around 24 km , whereas if you are a enthusiastic driver go for petrol which gives you around 18 km
