- Hi, celerio is my companion mostly to commute in uber and Ola.Most prefer celerio for OLA cab.yes its per fect low torque ride in city is excellent. Most ste CNGs so lack boot.But for one or two it is enough.pros -low engine nice,good a/crystal clear glasses,good leg space.cons-poor plastictaxi celerio lack safety features.At least they could have given central locking.No stereo. cng lacks power.,but better than i10and Xents which is not factory fitted.overall good for daily commute ,not many issues,with full tank CNGit can run 300kms!can change to petrol mode on the go.I have been on one diesel which ran 80000 (discontinued now)in excellent condition.Service-matuti nowadays ignores customers ad their volume is so high,oops.Thanks. ,
- Swift , since its bigger and better than celerio in many ways, but if you want an easy to go and simple to drive, less stress, then just go for celerio with AGS gear box, hands down. but that automatic gear box needs some getting used to.
- In case if you like both these models streamline your decision in terms of budget . If budget is also not a constraint streamline your decision in terms of size of the car because Swift is bigger than Celerio and accommodating three rear passengers for long highway trips won’t be a hassle . Other decision making criterias are performance , safety features, comfort & convenience.
Q. I travel a lot . Which car do I prefer celerio , swift or i10 as my 1st car. Mileage is also a matter of consideration. Please recommend?
- Celerio is good for city type driving. Although, any hatchback won't be a good idea if you want to travel long distances. But if you have to make a choice among 3 options I would suggest swift, because of its better body type and comfortable seats.
- For mileage Maruti cars top the list. For safety and better build quality go for Hyundai. Tata, Ford or Vaxwagon.

Q. Which one to buy between Celerio or Maruti Swift LXI?
- If budget is not a problem then Swift is better for highways... if u plan to user most of the time in city traffic then Celerio has better visibility and is more compact...also try the AMT model...mine gives above 17km/Lt ... above 20 s on open roads
- If you drive within 120 Kmph ho for Celerio and if it is beyond 120 Kmph go for swift....

Never purchase, Such a problematic car, You never drive confidently as it can stop any time & you have to bring maruti authorise workshop, You have to wait for minimum 8 weeks for repair, The company it self non availability of spare parts such a super bogus car maruti produce really 100 % unsatisfaction costly car

If i will go about zxi and zdi version both are top.Classic cars but the difference is between petrol and diesel if you want a mileage car then zdi diesal is best.The mileage is around 22.3.But if you want a car with fast engine then go for zxi petrol the mileage is medium around 18.3 and the features are amazing.

Swift diesel engine was the best with the average and low maintenance, I'm having swift ldi 2018 model & this car is great with average and other things.This is best car if you are looking for an economic car.The on highway mileage of this car is about 28 kmpl.From the view of comfort the top model in this segment like vdi or zdi is best.Driving experience is very good with this car.Everyone knows the after sale service of maruti swift, It's awesome.Old model build quality was good like 2018 model but new models build quality is not so much good and new models are only available in petrol for swift.Overall this car is good for a normal person if cared properly and choosen wisely.Please buy second hand with a trustworthy person! else you can get scammed.
