Maruti Suzuki has introduced a loyalty rewards program under which customers get to earn points for every transaction, right from new car purchase to its periodic maintenance at authorised service centres.
Customers participating in this program will be classified under four tiers: Member, Silver, Gold and Platinum. As members scale up the ladder, they will be offered more exclusive benefits, chances to attend events, as well as badges. The points can be redeemed for the following:
Purchase of any new Maruti Suzuki car from Arena or Nexa outlets.
Purchase of a used car from Maruti’s True Value outlet.
Purchase of accessories from Maruti Suzuki.
Purchase of extended warranty.
Servicing and periodic maintenance.
Purchase of Maruti Insurance.
Enrollment in driving school.
This program is applicable to all the customers buying a car from Nexa, Arena and True Value outlets. Existing Maruti Suzuki customers who want to be a part of this program can register on the official website. Existing AutoCard and MyNexa members will also be upgraded to this loyalty program and their points will remain unaffected.
The Maruti Suzuki Loyalty Rewards program will be completely digital with regular updates sent on registered phone numbers. All the latest information will also be posted on the website and app.
