SAFARI STORME looks massive and power packed, But Tata has to improve the quality of service and spares availability at service stations at least now, as they try improving the vehicle models to international standards.

The Storm looks good but what about the mindset of Tata service centres. You complain of rattling of any kind and you get an answer from the service engineer that this much of sound you have to accept as you are driving a SUV not a car. What Say?
