TVS Jupiter Service Center User Reviews

New buyers stay away from this bike! i own this scooter and within one week it started giving me problems.I have been to a service center more than 15 times but it is not the mistake of a mechanic.It's the fault of the manufacturer and engineer who designed it.I have faced issues with the automatic on-off sensor and afe average.Both issues were solved by the service center after several visits.You need to be patient while getting resolved.But hold on it doesn't stop here it has major vibration issues and you can race more than 30 as it you will feel the vibration on the seat and footrest.My suggestion would be not to buy this tvs_jupiter_125 until tvs produces an error-free bike or if you have time to visit the service center several times and if you have a trained mechanic and a good service center in your city.It has major issues of clutch assembly.Note to date i have replaced the fuel gauge, Odometer but later they updated the software to remove the error of automatic on-off and afe.

Tvs jupiter is very easy and safe to ride, Even longer ride duration does not feel tiring on your hands.Best thing in tvs jupiter is the comfortable design, The boot space is enough to carry things around.One improvement could have been basic safety features implemented in all base models as well.On traffic light areas it easily gives a mileage of 50 km/ltr.But in heavy traffic where braking is constant the mileage may drop to 30s.Max speed i have touched on empty road is 100 km but it comes with a lot of vibration.Please use helmet if you are planning to test the top speed.But 70-80 kmph speed is easily achievable in favorable condition.I stay in vasai-virar region, Mumbai suburbs, The after sales service is good.We have official tvs service centers at 2 places and both value their customers.Overall it is a good petrol scooter that will easily last for a decade with a good maintenance.

I purchased tvs jupiter 125cc last month 19th.After 30 days gave for 1st free service.The experience was so horrible, Never i have experienced like this.The service center name is dhira motors.After service the disc brake in the front was making an unusual noise while applying brake.The vehicle i gave in good condition and returned back to me after service in horrible manner.The beauty for scooter servicing they charge 100 rs with gst charges for purchasing waste cloth.I called tvs office in bengaluru and they said within 15 mts they will revert but its more than a day no answer from them.A big cartel is running in fleecing the purchasers of recommending quality service from authorized show rooms.Please be careful my dear friends.

I have been using Jupiter for more than 2 years. I am quite happy with it.Mileage - Good almost same as Activa~45 Km/pl in city conditions.Comfort- Much better than Activa 110 cc due to better suspension and seats.Build Quality- Good build quality.Riding Experience- Only 1 Kg lighter than Active but feels like at least 20 kg lighter. Handling is good. Maintenance - I haven"t visited any local mechanic for any issue. I just visit the service center for regular service.After Sales Service- TVS is an awarded brand by JD Power for excellent service that most customer also talk.Best thing is you can start your scooter while sitting on the seat like bikes which is not present in most of scooters.

For 1st 6months its nice to drive now its 1year 5 months now too many parts are failed front disc is not working when ever i vist service center they are saying want to change new part every time i get bill more than 3000rs in 1.5 years total front disc set got repair every spare rates are high.

Noise is high and having feel jurk from front wheel during running at high speed.Also light focus is low compared to other vehicle.I have purchased jupiter titanium grey color on dec_21.I have informed to many times to service center about above observation but still not overcome.

In free servicing parts will not go after free servicing one by one will go we have to pay for parts and one of the waste products in tvs and no efficient mechanics at tvs service centers its better to give out side mechanics.

Jupiter is a goot scooter to own and ride.Minimum maintenance is needed.Service centers are prompt and reliable.Have been using this scooter for3 years now.Great experience!.
