Hero MotoCorp launched the XPulse 210 at Auto Expo 2025. The motorcycle is available in two variants: Base and Top. The Base variant is priced at Rs 1,75,800 while the top variant is priced at Rs 1,85,800 (both prices ex-showroom, Delhi). Let’s have a look at what’s the difference between the two variants.
Both variants of the XPulse 210 share the same overall design except some minor differences. The Base variant is available in two colours: Wild Red and Glacier White. The Top variant also gets two colours but different paint schemes: Azure Blue and Alpine Silver. The Top variant also gets a taller clear flyscreen which allows for better wind protection than the Base variant’s shorter flyscreen.
The Hero XPulse 210 is powered by a 210cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine which makes 24.6PS and 20.7Nm, and is paired to a 6-speed gearbox. There is no change when it comes to the engine on the two variants of the XPulse 210.
When it comes to underpinnings, the XPulse 210 Base variant is 2kg lighter than the Top variant. The Base variant weighs 168kg kerb while the Top variant weighs 170kg kerb. Apart from this change, both the variants have the same underpinnings. The motorcycle gets a telescopic fork with 210mm of wheel travel and a 10-step preload adjustable monoshock with 205mm of wheel travel. The seat height of the XPulse 210 is 830mm while the ground clearance is 220mm.
The biggest difference between the two variants on the XPulse 210 is in the features they receive. The Top variant gets a TFT display while the Base variant comes with an LCD instrument cluster. The Top variant gets dual-channel ABS with three modes: Road, Offroad and Rally. The Base variant gets single-channel ABS with no modes.
The Top variant gets knuckle guards and a luggage plate while the Base variant misses out on them.
These are the differences between the two variants of the recently launched Hero XPulse 210. Which variant would you pick? Let us know in the comments below.
