Top 5 Bikes At EICMA 2025

EICMA 2025 is already shaping up to be a super exciting show for us enthusiasts, Milan’s show floor is about to serve it all. From the rebirth of legendary names to the dawn of electric powerhouses, this year’s lineup promises a wild blend of performance, style, and innovation. Here’s a deep dive into the five most hyped bikes that are set to steal the spotlight at this year’s edition:

BMW F 450 GS

Just a day before the event even kicked off, BMW Motorrad lit the fuse with the official first look at the production-ready BMW F 450 GS. Markus Flasch, BMW Motorrad’s CEO, flashed the adventure bike that’s been teased and spied for months – and it looks exactly like how we envisioned it. The so-called “baby GS” immediately impresses with its rugged stance, cross-spoke wheels, and knobby tubeless tyres that scream off-road intent.

Its LED DRL design mirrors the flagship BMW R 1300 GS’s signature X-pattern, giving it unmistakable GS DNA. Built around a brand-new 450cc parallel-twin engine developed jointly with TVS, the F 450 GS is poised to deliver about 48PS while (possibly) tipping the scales near 190kg. Production in India at TVS’ Hosur plant also means BMW’s most accessible twin-cylinder GS could be fairly well-priced, somewhere in the Rs 4.5-5 lakh range.

Aprilia Tuareg 457

Not to be outdone, Aprilia is firing back with its own sub-500cc adventure warrior – the Tuareg 457. Derived from the same twin-cylinder engine that powers the Aprilia RS 457 and Aprilia Tuono 457, the Tuareg takes Aprilia’s racing spirit and funnels it into an off-road package built for real-world adventure.

For riders who want genuine off-road pedigree without hauling around 200 kilos of motorcycle, this Italian contender could be the one to watch. When it finally makes its way to production, it will square up directly against the F 450 GS, upcoming Brixton Crossfire 500 Storr, hot singles like the KTM 390 Adventure and the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450.

2026 KTM RC 390

2026 KTM RC 390

Then there’s the ever-popular KTM RC 390, returning in an all-new, third-generation avatar. For years, the KTM RC 390 has been the go-to choice for riders craving sharp performance in a lightweight package. The 2025 KTM RC 390 spotted testing abroad looks leaner, meaner, and ready to thrill. Beneath the sharper bodywork sits KTM’s upgraded 399cc LC4c engine – the same motor that powers the latest KTM 390 Duke, delivering crisper throttle response and a healthier power figure. Expect improved ergonomics, more advanced electronics, and even fully adjustable suspension. If the current RC is a sharp scalpel, the 2025 version might just be the laser cutter.

TVS Electric Bike

And then there’s the wildcard – TVS’ all-new electric streetfighter concept, set to shock the stage, quite literally. Teased just ahead of EICMA with the tagline “Experience the Raw Electric Power,” the mysterious machine hints at the company’s most performance-focused EV yet - this time, for the actual streets! The brief teaser video showed off a sharp LED DRL, muscular stance, and petal disc brakes, exuding the aggression of a streetfighter rather than a tame commuter.

Norton V4 Superbike

Meanwhile, across the English Channel, Norton is making waves with its stunning new V4 superbike. Under the watchful eye of TVS, the British marque has shed its old skin for something far more aggressive and modern. The new Norton V4 ditches retro curves for sculpted aggression – a clean fairing, sweet-looking single-sided swingarm, red wheels, and a twin LED headlight setup that gives off strong Ducati Panigale vibes.

Spy shots reveal top-spec Brembo Hypure brakes, ram-air ducts, and a road-focused ergonomic setup, hinting at a superbike designed for both style and substance. With power expected to (finally) breach the 200PS mark, this machine could put Norton squarely back into the elite superbike club. It’s not just a comeback story, it’s a statement – another British icon reborn through Indian engineering prowess.
