The American manufacturer, Indian Motorcycle, and the British manufacturer, Triumph Motorcycles, organised a ride for freedom, wherein many of their customers participated in order to celebrate the 71st Independence Day. The rides were flagged off from all the respective dealerships of the two brands across India in order to pay their tribute to freedom fighters.
Indian Motorcycle concluded their ride at venues holding national importance, which included Qutub Minar in New Delhi, Amar Jawan Jyoti in Jaipur, Gateway of India in Mumbai, Gandhi Ashram in Ahmedabad, Veerabhadra temple in Bengaluru and Palakkad Fort of Tipu Sultan in Kerala, marking the importance of the day. Whereas Indian Motorcycle riders in Chennai visited Gurukulam School in Kovalam and generously donated educational items for the students.
Triumph Motorcycles, on the other hand, had over 500 riders from across 14 dealerships riding with them to not only honour the glorious day but also for the cause of educating and empowering the girl child, which was followed by with generous amount of donations made by most Triumph riders. Triumph has been organising many rides for the cause of girl child empowerment, and thanks to the donations received from riders, the company has been able to offer education to more than 250 children.
Indian Motorcycle’s product range starts from Rs 11.99 lakh (ex-showroom), and the entire range is currently available across nine showrooms in India. These include Gurgaon, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Kolkata, and Jaipur, with a new one coming up in Cochin soon.
The product range of Triumph Motorcycles starts from Rs 7,17,500 (ex-showroom). The entire range is available through 14 dealerships across India. These include Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar, Vijayawada, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kochi, Chandigarh, New Delhi, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Indore, Pune and Mumbai.
