    If you are only a class 8 student, that means you dont attain the age of 18. So, you are not eligible to get a driving license to drive legally on the road. You can get an electric scooter which does'nt require documents and driving license. Its wise to follow the rules. You have enough money to buy a scooter does not mean you have to own it. BE SAFE.

    Class 8th student can be small in height or very heavy also. Specify the details first. But it is not advised to give scooter to a class 8th child he is to young and might be in trouble.

    First focus on your studies. You are to young to drive such machine . Do the right thing at the right time ,it will be safe for you .
