Gets new rally bike-like tail panels, and a new Mana Black colour option
Remains mechanically unchanged from the standard bike
India launch expected at Motoverse 2025 later this month
The Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 ‘Mana Black Edition’ has made its global debut at EICMA 2025. It’s named after the village Mana, located on the Indo-Tibetan border. Think of it as the Himalayan 450’s tougher, wilder sibling with just some added factory fitted accessories.

The most striking change is the redesigned tail section with flared rally-style panels, knuckle guards with aluminium brace, a 35mm taller and flatter rally-style seat (860mm), which should be more accommodating for saddling. Royal Enfield has also equipped it with tubeless spoked wheels.
Powering it is the same 452cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine making the same 40PS and 40Nm, sent through the familiar six-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch. The frame, sub-frame, swingarm, dual-purpose tyres, wheel sizes, ground clearance, and everything else remain identical to the standard Himalayan. One small change is that the different tail panels have resulted in a 1kg weight reduction, at 195kg.

Pricing is expected to start around Rs 3.50 lakh (ex-showroom), roughly Rs 30,000 more than the Hanle Black Himalayan 450. Its India launch is likely at Motoverse 2025, happening from November 21 to 23, where it’s sure to draw a crowd.
