The Mana Black edition comes with rally-inspired styling and a new all black colour option
No major mechanical changes
Costs Rs 17,354 more than the standard Himalayan 450 (Hanle Black)
Royal Enfield has launched the Himalayan 450 Mana Black in India at Motoverse 2025, priced at Rs 3,37,036 (ex-showroom, Chennai). This new edition arrives just weeks after its international appearance at EICMA 2025. Named after the village of Mana, near the Indo-Tibetan border, this variant brings a more rugged, rally-focused twist to the Himalayan 450, through factory-fitted accessories.

The most noticeable update is the new tail section with wider, rally-style panels. It also gets knuckle guards with an aluminium brace and a flatter, 35mm taller rally-style seat (860mm seat height). Which should make off-road riding and standing up on the pegs easier. Royal Enfield has further improved practicality by offering tubeless spoked wheels as standard with this variant.
Mechanically, everything stays the same. The bike continues to use the 452cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine, delivering 40PS and 40Nm, paired with the six-speed gearbox and slipper clutch. The chassis, swingarm, wheel sizes, tyres, and ground clearance remain unchanged. That said, the new tail design does reduce overall weight by 1kg, bringing the kerb weight down to 195kg.

The new Mana Black edition costs Rs 17,354 more than the standard Himalayan 450 (Hanle Black) - a very reasonable premium, if you ask us. Those tubeless spoke wheels are known to be notoriously expensive if purchased separately, so this small bump actually is a steal-deal. While the standard Himalayan 450 itself was pretty capable off the road, the Mana Black simply pushes that performance a step further. The bookings for the Mana Black are now open, and the bike can be booked for purchase or test ride at your nearest dealership or online.
