The 2024 Yamaha RayZR Street Rally has been launched in India
It gets a new colour and a bunch of feature upgrades
It is priced at Rs 98,130 (ex-showroom, Delhi)
Yamaha has launched the 2024 RayZR Street Rally in India and it is priced at Rs 98,130 (ex-showroom, Delhi). For 2024, it has got a new colour and a bunch of new features. Here’s everything you need to know.
The Yamaha RayZR Street Rally will now be available in a new colour called Cyber Green. The colour and the scooter’s design language make it look like a two-wheeler out of a sci-fi movie. Overall, the scooter is painted in green and black. It also has brushed metal accents on the front and sides.

Other than the addition of the new colour, the scooter receives some notable feature updates. The new ‘Answer Back’ feature will help one to easily spot their scooter in a busy parking lot by clicking on the ‘Answer Back’ button on Yamaha’s mobile application. Clicking that will make the scooter’s signal lights flash and beep. Another update is the LED DRLs (Daytime Running Lights) positioned on the front of the scooter which complements its sporty and rugged design.
Apart from the new colour and feature updates, it continues to be powered by the same 125cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine and is equipped with a mild-hybrid system called Hybrid Power Assist. The motor produces 8.2PS at 6,500 rpm and 10.3Nm at 5,000 rpm and is paired with a CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission).

In terms of underpinnings, the scooter is equipped with a telescopic fork up front and a monoshock at the rear. The scooter rolls on block pattern tyres that add to the rugged aesthetic.
It has an under-seat storage of 21 litres and a side-stand engine cut-off switch. It has a fully digital instrument console with smartphone connectivity via Y-Connect Bluetooth connectivity. It will continue to be available in the existing two colour options: Ice Fluo-Vermillion (only in Yamaha Blue Square Showrooms) and Matte Black.

The 2024 Yamaha RayZR Street Rally has got a Rs 2,000 price hike over the older iteration and it goes head-to-head with rivals like the Honda Activa 125, TVS Jupiter 125, Hero Destini 125, and Suzuki Access 125.
