Hero Updates XPulse 200 4V With Projector Headlight

The Hero XPulse 200 4V small displacement adventure bike has been updated with a projector LED headlight in Turkey. This new headlight was spotted n some spy shots and should help provide better illumination, both on the road and off it.

Despite retaining the same circular headlight design setup, the updated XPulse 200 4V gets new fancy-looking LED DRLs as well. These DRLs are positioned on the inside rim of the circular headlight, which vaguely resembles the letter ‘H’.

Barring these changes, the bike practically remains unchanged and is powered by the same 199.6cc single-cylinder, air-cooled motor, churning out 19.1PS and 17.35Nm. The motor is mated to a five-speed gearbox.

The motorcycle is suspended on a 37mm telescopic fork and seven-step pre-load-adjustable monoshock. The bike is properly off-road friendly with a wheel travel of 190mm at the front and 170mm at the rear.

It is highly likely that this new update for the XPulse 200 4V will be rolled out in India with a slight price revision. However, for now, the ADV is priced at Rs 1,32,350 (ex-showroom Delhi) and rivals the Honda CB200X in India.
