Royal Enfield has unveiled the Continental GT 750 at EICMA 2026, expanding its 750cc lineup with a new cafe racer. Based on the same engine platform as the Himalayan 750, the Continental GT 750 gets a different tune, revised gearing and a more focused riding setup. Here's everything you need to know about the new motorcycle.

The Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 uses the same 743cc air/oil-cooled parallel-twin engine as the Himalayan 750. However, the motor will get a different tune to suit its cafe racer character. It also gets different gearing, which should help deliver a more engaging riding experience. Royal Enfield says that this will be its most power production motorcycle to date.
Unlike the Himalayan 750, the Continental GT 750 uses two throttle bodies instead of a single unit. It also misses out on ride-by-wire technology and riding modes, keeping its overall setup relatively simple and focused on the riding experience.

While the bike maker has not revealed all the specs of the cafe racer, we can tell a few things after looking at the images. The bike gets a semi-digital twin-pod instrument console, a 12.5 litre fuel tank capacity and a seat height of 833 mm.

Royal Enfield will offer the Continental GT 750 in two variants. The first gets a fairing, race number plate at either side, and clip-on handlebars, giving it a more aggressive cafe racer stance. The second variant too features clip-on handlebars, but it is slightly elevated and does away with the fairing and the race number plates, offering a more conventional roadster-like appearance.
The motorcycle gets preload-adjustable Showa suspension at both ends, allowing riders to adjust the setup according to their requirements. Braking duties are handled by dual disc brakes at the front (the same setup as the Himalayan 750), which should offer improved stopping power over the existing Continental GT 650. The bike rides on 18-inch wheels (both tubed spokes and alloys available as per the variant) at both ends with a 110-section front and a 140-section rear tyre.

The Continental GT 750 looks like an exciting addition to Royal Enfield's growing 750cc lineup. While it shares its engine with the Himalayan 750, the different tune, revised gearing and more focused ergonomics should give it a distinct character. The availability of two variants also means buyers can choose between a more aggressive faired setup and a simpler, naked version.
The Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 will make its India debut at Motoverse this month. As for the Continental GT 750's India launch, it is expected to take place sometime next year. The motorcycle is likely to be priced at around Rs 3.90 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base naked variant, while the faired version is expected to command a premium over it.
