I have faced only one as of today which is Cone Set Bearing. I had to replace the same after 5000 km or so. Leaving aside that till today my machine has clocked almost 13000 km, no issues at all. Mine is BS4 non-ABS.

Well it is better than years old rides as well as better built than the first Gen Himalayan. Two things that could have been better are- headlamp and height adjustment for suspension. Aside of these minor tweaks, the ride is a blast to have. We had booked a gunmetal grey 350 and upgraded to a 500 stealth black... w got home the sleet grey Himalayan :)
