Marching ahead on the success of the StaR City+, TVS has launched a new Chocolate Gold edition of the motorcycle. The new edition has been priced by TVS at Rs 49,234 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Along with the new colour scheme, the motorcycle will continue to be offered in other premium colours like Matte Titanium Grey Edition and the attractive Gold Edition model. The StaR City+ is also available in standard colour shades of Celebrity Scarlet, Oscar Black and Show-Stopper Blue.
Speaking on the new colour edition, Arun Siddharth, Head of Marketing – Motorcycles, TVS Motor Company said, “We’re proud to launch the premium, new variant of TVS StaR City+ in a captivating combination of gold and Matte Chocolate brown. The new Chocolate Gold Edition leverages the popularity of the matte brown colour while taking the ante of style further up with gold, to provide a stylish yet bold look to the motorcycle. We believe colours are a testament to the rider’s personality and play a significant role in the purchase decision. With this new edition, we aim to reach out to the stylish yet pragmatic riders who are looking for a dash of style in their ride experience.”
The TVS StaR City+ is a popular motorcycle among its buyers in the segment. In the Chocolate Gold edition, the tank and body panels have been painted in sparkly chocolate brown colour. The paint is accompanied by gold graphics and tan coloured plastic inserts. The overall theme of the bike is further accentuated by the gold alloy wheels, giving it a superior look.
Mechanically, the Chocolate Gold edition is only a cosmetic update. The motorcycle will continue to be powered by the same 110cc Ecothrust engine as its existing model. The new colour edition is currently available at only select TVS dealerships in India.
