India-bound 2024 Hyundai Alcazar Facelift Spied In South Korea

Hyundai Motor India Ltd. has announced a service support package for its flood-affected customers in Mumbai and Vapi. Citizens of the Maximum City have been bearing the brunt of floods following heavy rains on August 29, 2017. As part of the Service Support package, Hyundai has deployed a Service Operation Squad and 30 emergency roadside service vehicles to provide emergency services to Hyundai customers whose cars have been stranded or damaged by the floods.
Y K Koo, managing director and CEO of Hyundai Motor India Ltd. said, “Hyundai is a caring and customer-centric brand. As the city of Mumbai and Vapi brave the harsh rains, we extend our wholehearted support to our customers with a slew of service initiatives. With the vision of being lifetime partners, we will continue to extend support to our customers.”
A complimentary Roadside Assistance Service (RSA) has also been initiated for towing stranded vehicles. Customers can avail the free service by dialing the toll-free number 18001024645/0124-4343937.
The extended service support from Hyundai also offers engine oil replacement at no cost for Hyundai customers. It will also provide a special support of 50 per cent on the liability after insurance cover and 50 per cent support on anti-rust treatment services for all flood-affected vehicles. After two months, a special car check-up camp will be organised to review the health of vehicles. Hyundai has also started a special exchange schemes for total loss cases.
MOBIS, Hyundai’s spare parts supplier, has started giving priority to orders coming in from the service centres in Mumbai and Vapi to get flood-affected vehicles back on the road as soon as possible.
