Yamaha’s Build Your Own XSR Contest: All You Need To Know

Yamaha Motors has introduced the “Build Your Own Custom” contest for builders and designers all over India. Participants can design and render their own custom XSR155 and get a chance to win exclusive XSR merchandise.

The Contest

This contest gives designers and custom houses a chance to let their imaginations free and showcase their creativity. Participants can choose between 3 themes: Cafe Racer, Scrambler, and Retro sport theme. Their renders will be judged on the basis of creativity and uniqueness by Yamaha's in-house team.

The contest is split into individual and custom house entries. Individual participants can submit their customised XSR renders. The selected participants win exclusive XSR merchandise, including riding jackets, XSR t-shirts, and riding gloves.

The competition goes a step further for the custom houses. Those that win get a chance to actually build their custom XSR155, and have the entire journey recorded into a short film. This will be featured on Yamaha's social handles.

How to Participate

Head to the Yamaha India website and choose your theme. Design your render, fill in your details, and hit submit. The winners will be announced on 31 July 2026.
