Ather Energy has officially launched the 2025 version of its Ather 450 electric scooter. The new models bring a series of updates focused on improving both performance and usability. The overall design remains the same though.

Pricing

The scooter is available for purchase starting at Rs 1.29 lakh for the 450S and goes up to Rs 1.99 for the 450 Apex. Here’s the detailed price list:

450S

The 450S is the base variant and it gets a 2.9kWh battery and gets an IDC range of 122km. In addition to the basic ride modes and features like the colour LCD screen and mobile app connectivity, the Pro Pack variant adds navigation and additional riding modes. The 450S is available in a total of 4 colours: Still White, Cosmic Black, Space Grey, and Stealth Blue.

450X 2.9kWh

With the 450X, you get the same 2.9kWh battery but with more range at 126km, faster acceleration and more features. The Pro Pack includes Bluetooth connectivity for music and calls, Google Maps integration for navigation, AutoHold and "Find My Scooter". The 450X gets 3 more colours over the existing 4 from the 450S: Lunar grey, True Red, and Hyper Sand.

450X 3.7kWh

For those who require a longer range, the 450X 3.7kWh offers an extended battery capacity, increasing the scooter’s range to 161km. The Pro Pack enhances this with premium features, including better suspension tuning and advanced riding modes.

450 Apex

The 450 Apex is the flagship model, designed for those who demand the best. It includes the highest-spec 3.7kWh battery and a range of 157km, with all the tech enhancements of the Pro Pack models. With superior performance and top-tier features, this variant is designed for performance enthusiasts. The 450 Apex continues to be only available in the Cobalt blue with pastel orange colour scheme.

The entire line-up gets Bluetooth connectivity, Park Assist, AutoHold, Guide me home headlights, auto Indicator off, Fall Safe, Coasting regen, Amazon Alexa, Ather App compatibility, and OTA (over-the-air) updates as standard. Here is the variant-wise features breakdown:
