BMW Motorrad India is bringing back its GS Experience for 2026 – a two-day off-road training programme crafted exclusively for GS owners. The nationwide camp begins in Chandigarh on February 14, 2026, and will travel across nine cities throughout the year.
Each batch will host 40 riders, split evenly between G 310 GS owners and riders of larger GS models such as the R 1300 GS, ensuring drills are tailored for the motorcycles. Training includes classroom theory sessions followed by supervised riding on tarmac and dirt. Instructors certified by the BMW Motorrad International Instructor Academy will lead these sessions.
The programme is structured into 2 levels. Level 1 focuses on core techniques such as correct riding posture, throttle and clutch control on loose terrain, steering precision, emergency braking and managing slopes.

Level 2 intensifies the action with sand and gravel riding, off-camber sections, hill climbs and descents, tight turns, figure-of-eight drills, and recovery techniques. Riders of bigger GS bikes will also learn how to better use off-road-specific electronic aids, and personalised setups.
2026 Schedule:
Chandigarh: 14-15 February
New Delhi: 21-22 February
Mumbai: 28 February-01 March
Bengaluru: 28-29 March
Ahmedabad: 05-06 September
Pune: 12-13 September
Hyderabad: 19-20 September
Kochi: 26-27 September
Chennai: 10-11 October

Open only to registered GS owners with valid licences and full riding gear, helping riders sharpen skills while understanding their BMW bikes’ true potential. All said and done, we experienced the camp the last time it happened in Pune, and boy, was it so much fun!
