Ampere has unveiled 2 new variants of the Nexus electric scooter at Auto Expo 2025 along with a new concept and an updated model. Here’s a brief overview of everything Ampere had unveiled and showcased this time.

Ampere Nexus New Variants

The Ampere Nexus is the brand flagship electric scooter and this year, the brand has decided to unveil two new variants. The Ampere Nexus Exec and the Nexus S Grand Turismo.

The 2 variants are aimed at different consumers. The Exec variant is one which offers a more luxury look and styling. It features a dark shade overall and also gets some wood finish on the handlebar cowl. This adds a bit of premiumness to the scooter overall.

The Ampere Nexus S Turismo is more of a race inspired variant which is more geared towards customers who are looking for sporty. It features race spec liveries on the apron, which makes it stand out.

Both variants are powered by a 5kW battery pack, which takes around 3.5 hours to charge. Both feature a 7-inch TFT console, and offer a top speed of 91kmph.

Ampere Magnus Neo

The Ampere Magnus Neo was ridden all the way from Bengaluru for Auto Expo 2025. The scooter was showcased along with the others this year. It is sold at a price of Rs 79,999 (ex-showroom) and Ampere is offering a 75,000km / 5-year warranty.

Ampere Xpress

The Ampere Xpress is a commercial electric scooter concept, which is meant to serve last-mile delivery needs. It was unveiled along with the other scooters in the Ampere lineup at Auto Expo 2025.

According to the brand, the scooter will be able to carry loads of up to 250kg. This will make it quite capable to handle last mile delivery solutions.

Overall, the lineup displayed at Auto Expo 2025 looks quite promising. We are especially excited for the 2 new Ampere Nexus variants, and can’t wait to ride them ourselves.
