Honda has dropped a new teaser of the upcoming Honda activa electric, before its unveil t on November 27, 2024. The teaser has given us a good look at the upcoming e-scooter’s instrument console. It has also given us a clear idea of what we can expect in terms of features.

The teaser shows two instrument consoles, a TFT display and a LCD unit. This indicates that the Japanese manufacturer will likely offer the upcoming Honda Activa Electric in 2 variants. The top-end variant will feature a TFT console which will offer smartphone connectivity and related features. The console has a clean layout and displays information such as speed, range, and tachometer readings along with odometer and tripmeter readouts.

Judging by the teaser, it is clear that it will include things like call and SMS alerts, navigation and music control. It will also offer two riding modes: Standard and Sport. The standard mode will offer a claimed range of 104km as per the teaser. Along with this, the scooter will also offer a reverse mode as well.

The base variant of the e-scooter will get a simple LCD console and feature 2 riding modes. It likely doesn’t get smartphone connectivity and related features like the top-end variant.

The Activa Electric will likely be based on the Honda CUV e concept which was unveiled at EICMA 2024 recently. We expect the Japanese manufacturer to make some changes such as the usage of a different design language to suit the family-oriented nature of the scooter.

The Honda Activa electric will be launched sometime in 2025 and could be priced somewhere around the Rs 1 lakh to Rs 1.3 lakh mark (ex-showroom).
