Auto Expo 2025 gave us many motorcycles, scooters, some amazing concepts and a lot more! Let’s have a look at top-5 electric scooters which launched at Bharat Mobility Expo 2025.
The Honda Activa e: is the company’s first electric scooter for India. It is available in two different variants: standard and RoadSync Duo, priced at Rs 1,17,000 and Rs 1,51,600 (ex-showroom Bengaluru), respectively. The elegant and minimalist looking scooter from Honda gets two removable batteries which have a combined capacity of 3kWh. The scooter has a claimed range of 102km and, comes with a mid-mounted electric motor that makes a peak output of 6kW and 22Nm. Honda has set up battery swapping stations in four cities where the scooter will be sold initially, which are: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi and Noida.
The Honda QC1 is a similar looking scooter to the Activa e: however, lacks the LED DRL which is present on the handlebar cowl of Activa e:. The scooter is priced at Rs 90,000 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru) and comes in a single variant. Unlike the electric Activa, the QC1 gets a fixed 1.5kWh battery pack which delivers a claimed range of 80km on a full charge. The e-scooter has a claimed top speed of 50kmph and comes with a wall charger which takes 4 hours and 30 minutes to charge it from 0 to 80 percent.
The Hero Xoom 125 is a sporty looking scooter which has a similar design to the Hero Xoom 110. The scooter comes in two variants: VX and ZX. The base VX variant is priced at Rs 86,900 while the top ZX variant is for Rs 92,900 (both prices ex-showroom, Delhi). The Xoom 125 is powered by a 124.6cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine which makes 9.8PS and 10.4Nm, and is paired to a CVT. It gets an LCD instrument cluster which supports bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation and a lot more.
The 2025 Suzuki Access 125 was launched in India at Auto Expo 2025. The scooter gets a revamped design which features a new LED headlight and a redesigned tail section, which now looks more classy and vintage than before. The 2025 Access 125 is powered by a 125cc, air and oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine which outputs 8.4PS and 10.2Nm. In terms of features, the Access gets a digital instrument cluster which offers smartphone connectivity related features such as turn-by-turn navigation, call/SMS, calendar alerts, rain alerts and weather information.
Hero MotoCorp launched their first maxi scooter in India, the Hero Xoom 160. It features a unique maxi design which is inspired by ADV bikes.The scooter gets dual-LED headlights, a high-mounted front fender, a centre tunnel, a long single-piece seat and a slim tail section. Priced at Rs 1,48,500 (ex-showroom, Delhi), the scooter is powered by a brand-new 156cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine which makes 14PS and 13.7Nm. The scooter gets the same LCD instrument cluster as the Xoom 125 which features Bluetooth connectivity, call/SMS alerts, turn-by-turn navigation and a lot more.
