The Windsor EV from MG is one of the most talked about launches lately, thanks to the carmaker’s unique battery rental scheme that debuted along with the car. Nevertheless, the electric crossover seeks limelight for its affordable price point and features as well. The same goes for Tata Curvv EV as the SUV coupe is doing quite some rounds in car discussions for its unique styling and multiple powertrain options.
While both vehicles stand far from being compared in terms of their price range, you’d be surprised to know that the Windsor EV packs in some things extra over the more premium Curvv EV. We’ve covered its extras below:
This is a feature in which the MG Windsor EV has been outdoing not just its direct rivals but many other more premium cars. Needless to say, it has got this best-in-segment 15.6-inch touchscreen infotainment display while on the other hand, the Curvv has a 12.3-inch screen to offer. Both cars get wireless connectivity for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

The Curvv has the one-touch up/down feature only for the driver-side window. The Windsor EV again impresses you by offering it for all four windows, which increases the convenience factor. Things like this make the Windsor EV feel like a premium car.

Taking convenience and comfort a step further is the Windsor’s 135-degree reclining seats, which help you enjoy a lounge-like feeling. The Curvv on the other hand gets a 2-step recline for its rear seats.

Both the cars allow you to load up a lot of stuff for your long rides. However, the Windsor EV again goes a step ahead here by offering a boot space of 604 litres. The Curvv won’t disappoint you with its 500-litre boot as well, but the Windsor is just slightly bigger.

Both cars are unique in their ways and are equipped with plentiful modern amenities. Of course, the Tata Curvv EV stays way ahead in terms of overall features and powertrain over the MG Windsor EV, but you need to pay a significant premium for that. The prices of the MG Windsor EV range from Rs 9.99 lakh to Rs 15.5 lakh (ex-showroom) while the price for the Tata Curvv is between Rs 17.5 lakh to Rs 22.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
