Hyundai launches 5 Star Assurance Program for customers

Car buyers have always felt that lure towards certain automobile brands, not only based on the perceived quality of the vehicle, but also by the hospitality offered to them post its actual purchase. Attractive insurance schemes, extended warranty and roadside assistance in case of a breakdown are certain perks that vehicle owners can now enjoy irrespective of its make.

Hyundai, however has just upped the game by creating a very self-crediting mnemonic for its multi-faceted after sales service program, which it calls the 5 Star Assurance Program. The 5 Star Assurance Program is a limited period offer that includes five very handy services that will be offered only to Hyundai’s Santro and Next Gen i10 customers.

Commenting on this new customer satisfaction initiative by the company, Arvind Saxena, Director, Sales and Marketing, HMIL said, “Our new 5-Star Assurance Program is designed to offer 360-degree services to our customers ranging from maintenance to roadside assistance. The primary objective being to enhance customer satisfaction long after the purchase has been made.”

Part of this 5 Star Assurance Program is a ‘Total Maintenance Program’ that assures free maintenance for 3 years or 40,000 kilometers whichever is earlier. There is also a ‘Motor Assurance Program’ that will provide comprehensive motor insurance at Re. 1 and a ‘Warranty Assurance Program’ which offers extended warranty for the 3rd year or up to 40,000 kilometers. Besides this, the scheme also includes free ‘24x7roadside assistance’ for 2 years. Last but not least, the scheme hands out an Exchange/Loyalty offer of Rs. 15,000 for its customers.
