From awesome street naked bikes to capable ADVs and more, May seems to be pretty exciting!

From premium commuter electric scooters to blistering fast street naked bikes and even mile-munching adventure motorcycles, this month is expected to be great for enthusiasts. Here are all the bikes and scooters expected to launch in May 2025:

2025 Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z

India’s most affordable 400cc motorcycle, the Pulsar NS400Z, is all set to receive an update for 2025. The upcoming motorcycle has arrived at the dealerships and receives wider and stickier rubber and sintered brake pads instead of the organic ones on the 2024 model. Expect a price hike of Rs 5,000 to Rs 7,000 on the current ex-showroom price of the motorcycle, which is Rs 1,81,318.

While the Pulsar NS400Z had plenty of firepower, it felt a bit lacking in the handling department, so the updates in the 2025 model should be able to solve most of its shortcomings.

Triumph Scrambler 400 XC

Triumph Scrambler 400 XC, a more hardcore version of the Scrambler 400 X, was spotted testing a while back and is expected to be launched in India in May 2025. The Scrambler 400 XC gets cross-spoked tubeless wheels instead of the alloys on the regular version. The bike was also spotted with a new yellow paint scheme, which looks quite good in our opinion. The Scrambler 400 XC is expected to command a premium of almost Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 on the ex-showroom price of the regular version.

2025 Bajaj Dominar 400 And 250

The 2025 Dominar 400 and 250 have arrived at Bajaj dealerships and are expected to be launched this month itself. The new Dominars now get an updated LCD console, the same as the Pulsar NS400Z, ride modes (on the Dominar 400), ABS modes (on the Dominar 250) and traction control (on both bikes) as standard.

The 2025 version is expected to get a slight price hike of around Rs 7,000 over the current ex-showroom price. The Dominar range has been more or less the same for quite some time, so now with the practical updates, they should be more desirable than before.

Vida Z

The only EV in this list, the Vida Z, is a family-oriented scooter which is expected to share the same underpinnings as its sporty-looking sibling, the Vida V2. The Vida Z has also been spotted testing in India and departs from the aggressive styling of the Vida V2 and embraces a more family-oriented approach. With a longer seat and revised body panels, the Vida Z is expected to be priced at around Rs 1 lakh (ex-showroom).

2025 Yezdi Adventure

Yezdi is going to launch the 2025 Adventure on May 15 in India. The bike was spotted testing a few days back and visually, it does not receive any changes. The 2025 update might just be to make the bike comply with the latest OBD-2B emission norms and perhaps expect the powertrain to be tuned internally for a better overall riding experience.

2025 Kawasaki Z900

India’s highest-selling big-bike has received a major update as Kawasaki recently filed a design patent for the 2025 Z900 in India, and it is expected to launch this month itself. The 2025 Kawasaki Z900 gets a revised front-end in the form of a new headlight design, more features and a revamped taillight. Expect the new and updated Z900 to be priced close to Rs 10 lakh (ex-showroom), which will still be more affordable than its arch nemesis, the Triumph Street Triple in India.

2025 Benelli TRK 502

The Benelli TRK 502 has been one of the most popular bikes from the brand, and it’s been quite some time since it received a major update. However, that’s set to change as the 2025 version is going to be launched today. The TRK 502 is known for its sheer size and the road presence that comes along. For 2025, the manufacturer has decided to make it even more feature-rich than before. The key highlights include a TFT display and cross-spoke tubeless wheels. It will come at a premium of around Rs 40,000 over the 2024 model’s ex-showroom price, which starts from Rs 5.85 lakh.
