If bringing back the OG Himalayan wasn't enough, Royal Enfield has officially given us a look at the upcoming Himalayan 750. Without any further ado, here is everything you need to know about the upcoming middleweight adventure motorcycle:

Design

The bike gets an overall muscular look, which goes well with the rugged stance of the motorcycle. At the front, the bike features a similar  LED headlamp as the Himalayan 450, a tall-ish windscreen, and a tank with some similarities to the recently launched Himalayan 440

Features

Himalayan 750

The bike features the same display unit as the Himalayan 450. It will get connectivity features such as Bluetooth, call/SMS alerts, and Google Maps mirroring.

The right-side switchgear features a rotary ignition switch. Also, the bike is expected to feature ride modes, as we can see the switch with an ‘M’ on the bike.

Additionally, the bike gets a cruise control switch, which should make highway riding effortless. The left-side switchgear features a joystick, which should help you navigate through the display.

On the safety front, the Himalayan 750 gets a dedicated hazard light switch and a dedicated traction control switch, hinting that the bike will get switchable traction control and ABS.

Underpinnings

The bike here has 19-inch front and 17-inch rear alloy wheels – it’s the road-biased variant of the ADV. However, there’s another off-road biased variant with spoked wheels as seen earlier.

The bike will get an all-new 750cc air/oil-cooled parallel-twin engine, which is expected to make around 55 PS and 60 Nm.

The Himalayan 750 is suspended on a compression and preload- adjustable inverted fork, and a monoshock with remote preload adjustability.

Braking duties are taken care of by a twin-disc setup at the front, and the rear gets a disc brake.

Launch date and price

The Himalayan 750 is expected to be launched this November at Motoverse. It could be priced around Rs 4.50 lakh (ex-showroom). It will rival the likes of Honda NX500, BMW F 450 GS, and the upcoming Norton Atlas.

ZigSays

The Himalayan line-up is just going to get bigger with the upcoming Himalayan 750. After its launch, the line-up will include the raw and rugged Himalayan 440, which was recently launched; the Himalayan 450, with a much more feature-loaded package; and the Himalayan 750, which is set to be the most feature-packed and powerful model in the lineup.
