Audi India has launched a new limited-edition version of the Q3, Q3 Sportback and Q5 SUVs, called the Signature Line. The Q3 Signature Line is priced at Rs 52.31 lakh, while its coupe SUV sibling is priced at Rs 53.55 lakh, and the Q5 Signature Line is priced at Rs 69.86 lakh (all ex-showroom). So what do you get with the new Signature Line for the three ageing Audi SUV models? Read on to find out.
Cosmetically, all three models get new alloy wheel designs. The Q3 and Q3 Sportback now get a new design for the 18-inch alloy wheels, while the Q5 gets new 19-inch alloy wheels. The Q3 models also get a new Progressive Red colour option. All three models also have Audi rings decals as well as dynamic hub caps in the wheels that ensure that the orientation of Audi’s four rings logo is always upright.

Additionally, the Signature Line also gets puddle lamps with the Audi logo, a fragrance dispenser in the cabin, stainless steel pedals set, Audi’s Park Assist Plus that parks the car automatically, a 12-V socket and new USB ports for the rear passengers.

The Signature Line is available on the Technology variant, and all the aforementioned features are a part of Audi’s accessories list. While Audi did say that the Signature Line for the three SUVs will be limited in numbers, it didn’t specify the quantity.
All three SUVs come with the same 2-litre turbo-petrol engine mated to a 7-speed automatic transmission. However, power output is different in the Q3 and Q5. In the former, the engine churns out 190 PS and 320 Nm, while in the Q5 it produces 265 PS and 370 Nm. All three also get Audi’s Quattro all-wheel drive system.

The Q3 and Q3 Sportback rival the likes of the Mercedes-Benz GLA and BMW X1, while the Q5 competes with the Mercedes-Benz GLC, BMW X3, Volvo XC60 and Lexus NX.

It’s surprising to see Audi India still rolling out special and limited edition models of the Q3 and Q5 in India, while globally, both SUVs have gotten a new generation. Both the new-gen models are expected to come to India soon, but instead, Audi India has rolled out another special edition in the hopes of keeping customers interested till the new models come.
Think of this as a last hurrah of the current-gen Q3 and Q5. We hope that Audi India launches the third-gen Q3, second-gen Q3 Sportback and third-gen Q5 in India in 2026.
