In terms of features, it gets a semi-digital instrument console that shows speedometer, odometer, trip meter, fuel gauge and other regular readouts.
The ZX variant gets two colour options: Mystique Magenta and Cosmic Blue. It gets a 190mm front disc brake and a rear drum brake setup along with 12-inch diamond cut alloy wheels at both ends. This variant gets an LCD instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation and shows distance to empty readout along with all the other data shown in the VX variant. Compared to the VX variant, it also gets auto-cancelling turn indicators, an illuminated engine start switch and a pillion backrest.
The ZX+ variant gets all the features of the ZX variant. The only differences being that the ZX+ variant gets two colour options: Ebony White and Regal Black and chrome copper accents on the rear view mirrors, front apron, side panel and the tail section instead of the silver chrome accents on the ZX and VX variants.
The 2024 Hero Destini 125 has received a completely revised design with sharper lines and a boxier look compared to the previous model. It is powered by a 124.6cc, single-cylinder engine producing 9PS at 7000rpm and 10.4Nm at 5500rpm. It has a suspension setup consisting of a telescopic fork and a monoshock. All the variants get an LED projector headlight and an LED taillight. The features list consists of an USB charging port above the glove box in the front apron, external fuel filler cap and a boot lamp in the underseat storage space. It rivals the likes of the Honda Activa 125, Yamaha Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid, Suzuki Access 125 and TVS Jupiter 125.
