It is MotoGP season in India, and amongst the excitement of the MotoGP Bharat 2023, there is some interesting news from Ola Electric.
Remember when Ola unveiled its electric bike concepts? Well, people attending the Bharat GP in Greater Noida can actually see these electric bike concepts in person, being showcased at Ola’s booth.

Apart from the e-bikes, the Ola S1 electric scooters will be used for on-ground support activities as well as marshall support.

Adding to that, Ola has taken a step to make these concepts even more real by trademarking their names. The Cruiser will be called the Ola M1 Cruiser, the roadster, M1 Cyber Racer (Tesla much?), and the Adv will be called Ola M1 Adventure.
Currently, these names are under Formalities Chk Pass, which means the trademark has been filed correctly with all the requisites in order.

Summing up, the e-bikes are still in the concept stage, and will take a fair amount of time to make it to the production stage. That said, Ola has promised that the first of the lot will launch by the end of 2024, which seems a bit too ambitious. However, it could be the Ola M1 Cyber Racer (roadster), as that is the only e-bike that was ridden around on the stage at the time of the unveiling.
