Price standards

Bike is overall good in its price standards.Brakes are also good except the rear ones which sometime makes noise on raining monsoons.

Driving experience is very

4.6

Driving experience is very smooth and the pickup is also good at 80 while 70 with pillion. The vibration starts to increase at 85 and i have ridden it at max 97 kmph with a pillion.Milaga is fantastic considering it's power i got average of 55kmph.Engine is no doubt very refined and powerful. The service cost is expensive side as compared to other 125cc motorcycle ( except ktm or duke 125) but justifiable because it is a sport bike.It has also some cons - 1.No rear disc brake.2.There is no oil filter in the bike. And 3rd is that parts availability is very low.I am struggling to get a very small part since 7 months but still not able to get it.The leg guards are insane. They protect your legs and bike from any scratches.I fell of multiple times but still no scratches on tank and my legs were never hurt. The price is a bit expensive and should be less. The launching price was very good but slowly it's keep getting expensive.

Riding this bike for last

5.0

Riding this bike for last 4 months and i have to say that this is the best 125cc when comes to looks and riding quality.Engine is responsive with immediate power delivery also gear box is smooth with gear shift indicator and other indications like top speed, Dte etc.Exhaust pipe makes very good sound and you will feel like any higher cc motorcycle.Rear tyre wide enough for 125cc segment so cornering is not an issue. Also usb charger is inbuilt now.Led drl looks cool but turn indicators are halogen still.Overall a value for motorcycle for 125cc segment.

The tvs raider 125 works excellently and leaves a good first impression on riders. The bike appears to have honeybee eyes in the front view due to the headlight.Although the split seat gives it a dynamic appearance, The rear view makes it appear dull. This bike offers a 65 kmpl mileage while riding smoothly and comfortably.

Lower level

4.2

Mileage is around 50 kmpl which is not much great if compared to peers. The leg guard is not strong and is very small, In case of accident, It will not protect much. The footrest for the rear brake is not appropriately placed, The foot does not rest at a comfortable position for applying brakes. The footrest is at a lower level than the brake due to which you have to keep your foot always bent upwards which starts paining after a short time. The suspension at speeds over 40 kmph does not work much, You can fully feel even any small holes on the road.

Good Bike

TVS Raider features a new chassis with a mono-shock suspension on the rear and a 30mm telescopic fork front. The raider handles well, thanks to its lightweight, at 123kgs. The rear mono-shock also gets a 5-step adjustable preload. Braking duties in the TVS Raider 125 are by a 240mm front disc on the front and a 130mm drum on the rear.
