Mechanically, there is no difference and the TVS Victor continues to be powered by the same 110cc, single-cylinder 3-valve engine that delivers 9.5PS of power at 7500rpm with a torque of 9.4 Nm at 6000rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox and TVS claims a mileage figure of 72kmpl. While the stock TVS Victor is available with both drum and disc brake options, the Premium Edition will be offered with only disc brake. The instrument console is a semi-digital unit with the analogue tachometer taking centre stage while the speedometer, odometer, service indicator, trip meter and fuel gauge are displayed digitally. The TVS Victor Premium edition will rival the Honda Livo and the Hero Splendor iSmart 110
