The addition of new accessories has bumped up the pricing by Rs 4,500.

In an effort to make the Dominar 400 more touring friendly, the 2021 Bajaj Dominar 400 has been launched with factory-fitted touring accessories. The new Dominar 400 has been priced at Rs 2,16,648, which makes it around Rs 4,500 more expensive than its predecessor.

The list of accessories on the 2021 Dominar 400 includes a distinct tall visor for better windblast protection, and it also features knuckle guards now. Since the Dominar 400 is a touring-focused machine, it also sports a new saddle stay for the rider to mount saddlebags securely.

For added safety, the bike gets a leg guard apart from the engine guard as seen on the older bike. To improve pillion comfort there’s also a small backrest mounted on the rear carrier. A USB charging port has also been added and also a navigation stay for the rider to mount a smartphone or a GPS unit. Last but not the least is the new engine bash plate that, apart from being functional, also looks cool with its rugged styling.

All the accessories mentioned above, apart from the saddle stay, will come as standard on the 2021 Dominar 400. The saddle stay will be sold separately at Bajaj dealers but the pricing hasn’t been revealed yet. The 2021 Dominar 400 is available in two colour options – Aurora Green and Charcoal Black.

There have been no updates made to the engine or to the bike’s underpinnings, and the same is the case with respect to features. The new Bajaj Dominar 400 locks horns with the Royal Enfield Himalayan and the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250.
