Toyota’s Iconic Nameplate, The Land Cruiser, Goes All-Electric

Toyota has unveiled an all-electric concept for its Land Cruiser SUV, the Land Cruiser Se at the 2023 Tokyo Motor Show. In terms of design, the Land Cruiser Se features a more rounded styling, unlike the typical macho and boxy styling found in other Land Cruisers. Lastly, Toyota also revealed a mid-size pickup truck concept with a monocoque body called the EPU concept. According to Toyota, the concept features a versatile deck space to meet various user needs, offering diverse mobility options. It is an EV concept with a low centre of gravity, which, Toyota claims, ensures excellent handling stability and ride comfort.

Toyota has also revealed various other concepts in addition to the ones mentioned above. These include the JUU, a stylish electric wheelchair, a three-wheeled Land Hopper concept, and a space mobility concept currently in its prototype stage.
