Beyond styling and feature upgrades, the recently-launched Mahindra XUV 7XO also gets an all-new interior layout and colour scheme. If you were wondering what has changed, here is the new XUV 7XO in 9 real-life images:
Dominating the interior changes of the new XUV 7XO is the three-screen layout, which we have seen previously on the XEV 9S and XEV 9e. This consists of three 12.3-inch screens for the digital instrument cluster, touchscreen infotainment and a passenger entertainment display as well.

Along with the new dashboard comes a new centre console as well, which now includes a new touch-based climate control panel, along with a gloss-black finish. You also get to see two cupholders and a multi-function rotary dial. You can also see the electronic parking brake switch here, along with a sliding armrest in the middle.

Another element borrowed from its siblings is the new two-spoke steering wheel, which comes with gloss black inserts and is finished in a dual-tone tan-beige colour scheme. It now sports scrollers on either side for the steering-mounted audio control,s which also gets touch-based operation now. That said, the logo is not illuminated.

As part of this facelift, Mahindra is also offering all-new seats with heavier bolstering and a new pattern. The bottom half of these seats comes finished in beige, while the top half gets a tan theme, giving it a unique and distinctive look.

Notably, Mahindra is also offering 6-way powered and ventilated front seats for enhanced comfort as well.

Climb into the second row, and Mahindra has improved the backseat of the XUV 7XO by offering ventilation for the outer two occupants.

Another feature that will be especially beneficial for chauffeur-driven buyers is the inclusion of an electric ‘Boss mode’ function, which pushes the co-driver seat forward for more legroom.

Mahindra has ensured that passengers occupying the last row are not uncomfortable by including dedicated blower control, along with separate AC vents for both occupants. Third row passengers also get their own two cupholders to store knick-knacks and drinks in.

This major overhaul inside makes a world of difference, with the XUV 7XO feeling a lot more modern and more comfortable as well. The extra equipment and comfort-enhancing features, too, go a long way in making things more comfortable and adding a premium feel to it.
