Gotham City To India! Mahindra Launched BE 6 Batman Edition At Rs 27.79 Lakh

If you’re a Batman fan, Mahindra has something just for you! Mahindra has launched the BE 6 Batman Edition, priced at Rs 27.79 lakh (ex-showroom). If the BE 6 was already an eye-catcher with its quirky, alien-spaceship-like design, the Batman Edition takes your Gotham City car-chasing dreams and brings them to Indian roads. 

This edition is not just special for how it looks - it also turns up the exclusivity factor. If you’re planning to get one, keep in mind that only 300 units will be produced. Our Own Batmobile – The Looker!

The BE 6 already looked attractive, and now with the Batman Edition, it gets a whole lot of cosmetic changes that give it character. For new things on the exterior, you see an all-new Satin Black body colour, 20-inch alloys as standard with Alchemy gold brake callipers. There’s a Batman decal on the front door and a Batman logo badge on the front fenders. 

Even as you step inside, you get to see a dual-tone Black and Alchemy Gold interior. The leather upholstery has contrasting Gold Sepia stitching. Even the fixed glass roof in this edition has a Batman-specific illumination.

The Familiar Bits

Beyond its amped up look, the feature list stays familiar as it continues with the same features from the regular model. The key highlights are dual 12.9-inch screens for infotainment and driver’s display, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, fixed illuminated glass roof, ventilated front seats with 6-way power adjustment for driver side, dual wireless charging pad, an interior camera for video calling, 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, dual zone automatic climate control, and adaptive cruise control. Even in terms of safety, 7 airbags, 360 degree camera, auto park assist, hill hold control and ADAS.

The Power

Just like the features, the Batman Edition of the Mahindra BE 6 continues with its 79 kWh battery pack as available in the Pack Three of the regular BE 6. It is paired to a single electric motor producing up to 286 PS and 380 Nm. The claimed range stands at up to 557 km with the smaller pack and 683 km with the bigger one.

Ever since its launch in late 2024, the BE 6 has been turning heads, thanks to its alien design, something never before seen on Indian roads. Now, Mahindra has played its cards well by tying this special edition to the ever-popular Dark Knight from the DC universe.
