Best in caetegory

I have been riding the Bajaj Pulsar NS160 for about 6 months now and it genuinely feels like it was made for Indian streets. The 160.3 cc engine does not just sound good it gives you that punchy response you need in city traffic and on open roads. With a mileage of around 40-45 kmpl, it does not burn a hole in your pocket either. However it is not all sunshine and rainbows. The bike's vibrations once you hit higher speeds (beyond 80 kmph) can be a bit bothersome. The seating comfort is good but could have been better for longer rides.

prime model for prime time

Available at an affordable range of value, the Bajaj Pulsar NS160 returns good levels of performance and a set of features anybody would desire in their vehicle. It is one of the most convenient bikes i have ever seen and driven. I purchased this two years ago and now i cannot imagine my life without it. The ground clearance is good. The fuel capacity, mileage and engine are all upto the mark. If someone is looking for a decent and simple two wheeler model for easy commute, this bike is it. It is one of my top recommendations.

Maneuvered easily

4.6

The engine is very well refined in the 160cc segment. You can cruise at speeds 80-90kmph easily with minimum to no vibrations. It is very easy to handle for daily city commute and can be maneuvered easily in traffic. You can expect city mileage of 40-45kmpl and highway mileage around 47kmpl.It is good for touring for distances around 400km per day.The major con about this bike is headlight which is not good enough on highways. The rear tyre is of 120/80 which is good but not great for cornering. Also, The front disc brake is 230mm which could have been better.I suggest the bike for daily city commute. It is good as a tourer but not a great one.

Seat positioning

4.2

Judging bby the price range. This bike is highly recommended to everyone but for me the only flaw is the seat positioning and handling. The headlamps are a little weirdly positioned too.The mileage is decent. The performance is extremely good and maintenance is very cheap too. This was my remark for my bike which i've been riding for more over a year. But please if you're planning on buying this bike then i'd prefer you to go and test it on your own, Rather than judging by my reviews.Cheers.

Long distance

4.6

Good bike for performance and mileage, Brakes are good for 90-100 above that only do highspeeds on highway, Maintenance cost is low because it is a bajaj afterall seat is firm so good for long distance and indicators and halogen bulbs are the only thing that not look up to the mark because everyone's shifting towards led's, A little heavyness gives confidence for 120 kmph good bike afterall you will love it

Best in this segment because

Best in this segment because it offers cooling features. And it makes this bike one of the most valuable in this segment.Comfort is quite good only thing to complaint about that it's rear shock absorber are quite hard and little noisy.Overall pickup and performance is good.Company claims a mileage of 48 km/lbut it gives only up to 40.
