Ather team, During chennai flood our vehicle was submerged in water for about 4 hours took it to our nearby ather service center and we received quotation from showroom for 1.2 lakhs as repair cost which is more than half of the original price which is not fair to us.Now we are totally disappointed of choosing ev as we failed to think about its efficiency and recovery against natural disaster compared to fuel bike as non ev recovery cost is very cheapif we don't receive any support from ather we cannot bare the said amount and in case of no support to consider repair cost for us please return our vehicle, But keep in mind that attraction towards ev from middle class people is going to get spoil and you are going to lose customers from majority of middle class people who looks for ev to beat fuel cost.It is not fair to replace the entire part just for you to be on the safer side keeping middle class peoples economic position at risk.There should be some rectification process atleast in future.Thank you for bringing us lesson that we middle class people should not look for ev any more as manufacturer is not considering economic position of middle class customers.Note : lack of knowledge in service center as they keep on awaiting for instructions to proceed further.With this situation just think off mind set of layman who tries to protect currentgen vehicle with no idea what and how to protect.

Good points: 1.Performance excellent with two person also 2.Riding quality is good & comfortable3.Brake system is good even @60kphrnegative: -will not get more than 90km mileage(in eco mode) -servicing very poor & only 2 or 3 service centers available.-am feeling expensive( -no proper response from service centermy current problem: -just i drove 160km and observed cracks on wheel belt and taken to service center and 4 day's taken to return back and no proper information & no update to customer.Every time, We need to call & get status.

Brought ather 450x on may 11th exact one month june 10th vehicle is not turning on its very bad experience.Service center also not responding cl correctly.Vehicle is picked on 12th and to check and give update it's taken around 2days to check what happened.Now they informed battery gone how it's possible within a month 😞 that to they did service with very poor.2screws is missing once i got my ather i checked.This much worst service center i never seen.Service need to improve a lot.

Very good scooter.But the switches are of poor quality.They break down and come out on a small pull when our dress pulls them.Happened twice to me on the road.They ask to carry the scooter yourself to the service center.Their road side assistance is very bad.So i will recommend some other option with good road side assistance especially for ladies.

I had left my bike service for 15000 kms in mahadevpura service center worst service center for general service after 15 days my bike my not moving front and the manager name rita mary have noye resolved my problem and talking to the customer in abuse language

Worst service center experience.Charging rs.6000 in warranty period.No idea what they will do after warranty period.Think before purchasing or recommending to anyone.
