Ather team, During chennai flood our vehicle was submerged in water for about 4 hours took it to our nearby ather service center and we received quotation from showroom for 1.2 lakhs as repair cost which is more than half of the original price which is not fair to us.Now we are totally disappointed of choosing ev as we failed to think about its efficiency and recovery against natural disaster compared to fuel bike as non ev recovery cost is very cheapif we don't receive any support from ather we cannot bare the said amount and in case of no support to consider repair cost for us please return our vehicle, But keep in mind that attraction towards ev from middle class people is going to get spoil and you are going to lose customers from majority of middle class people who looks for ev to beat fuel cost.It is not fair to replace the entire part just for you to be on the safer side keeping middle class peoples economic position at risk.There should be some rectification process atleast in future.Thank you for bringing us lesson that we middle class people should not look for ev any more as manufacturer is not considering economic position of middle class customers.Note : lack of knowledge in service center as they keep on awaiting for instructions to proceed further.With this situation just think off mind set of layman who tries to protect currentgen vehicle with no idea what and how to protect.

Ather 450x my brother owned this bike.My brother's bike is salt green color.It looks very modern.We charge this bike weekly once only.It is noise free bike.Riding comfort is also very good.The seat is a bit good compared to honda activa.We drive this bike for 15 kilometers only.So that's why we charge bike weekly once.Technically this bike is very good when compared to other petrol scooters and the charging time is a bit more.This means it takes up to 6 hours from 1 to 100% of charging.The overall bike is very good.In this price segment, But the major thing is previously we have a honda activa.In we went so many times triple ride (only in emergency situations), The honda active pickup is very good, But ather is unable to handle triple ride because it is not a chain-driven, It is belt driven vehicle.

When i was purchasing ather 450x from thane(jg enterprise), They told me the warranty is applicable for battery and motor not even told me about other warranty.But after 3 moths i have noise problem and the service person told me the break shoe is not ok and have to replace it, But it is applicable for 4000km & my bike is 4010km.When i claim they said it is payable.What a pathetic service and information.

Worst experience with this vehicle.Not worth the price.High maintenance cost as frequent change of motor belt required due to noise in the belt.Back tyre there is no mileage and no road grip.No main stand.No seat grip.No support from kadri showroom in mangaluru, As they insist us to wait and charge the vehicle.When vehicles are already lined up, How long should we wait for our turn to get it charged.

Service is very high rate on every quarterly servicing.And the major problem is wheels belt regularly noise, The company also take down for this noisy.

Ather 450x is very smooth and it doesn't cause noise pollution.It's very helpful and easy to reach places soon with this scooter.I love it.

Good vehicle for seeing & raiding no noises in bike smoothly riding in road feeling god.
