My Ather broke down in jayanagar

My ather broke down in jayanagar today and ather road side assistance took 2.25 hrs to come whereas they promised to come in 1 hr as it's a paid service.The reason for delay is the rsa is outsourced to 3rd party and the driver is picking ola scooter on the way.I have pic of ola and my ather in one toving vehicle.

Very good scooter.But the switches are of poor quality.They break down and come out on a small pull when our dress pulls them.Happened twice to me on the road.They ask to carry the scooter yourself to the service center.Their road side assistance is very bad.So i will recommend some other option with good road side assistance especially for ladies.
