Quick Read:
It’ll be TVS’ first 150cc scooter in India
Could get a bored-out version of the Ntorq 125’s engine
Likely to be even more feature-loaded than the NTorq 125
Hot on the heels of the TVS Apache RTR 310, TVS seems to be showing no signs of slowing down. The brand has released yet another teaser - of what clearly looks like a set of apron-mounted headlights. This pretty much confirms that it is going to be the Ntorq 150, and it’s all set to be launched on September 1, 2025.
The Ntorq 150, as the teaser image shows, has an aggressive-looking LED headlight with not one, not two, but four projectors! Along with it, the scooter also gets the brand’s signature ‘T-shaped’ panel.

The sporty scooter segment in India was made mainstream by the Aprilia SR150 (now SR175), and is currently dominated by the Yamaha Aerox 155. Hero also jumped into the mix with the Xoom 160, but its deliveries are yet to begin. With the upcoming Ntorq 150, TVS aims to cater to a much wider audience looking for performance and style.

Design-wise, it will carry the familiar silhouette of the Ntorq 125 but in a beefier, more muscular avatar. Under the skin, it’s likely to use a bored-out version of the Ntorq 125’s engine. A liquid-cooled setup seems unlikely since it takes a much longer time to develop and perfect, not to mention the fact that no spy shots of extensive testing have surfaced. Using the Apache RTR 160’s engine also seems unlikely as it will involve heavy rework, driving up the development costs unnecessarily.
TVS is known for packing features into its two-wheelers, so expect a fully digital TFT console with SmartXonnect connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, call/message alerts, and possibly even multiple riding modes. Given TVS’s aggressive pricing strategy, the Ntorq 150 is expected to undercut rivals, possibly landing at around Rs 1.30 lakh (ex-showroom).
