Ultraviolette Automotive has started the export of the F77 Mach 2 electric bike to the European Union. The EV maker has said that this marks a significant milestone in its global expansion plans.

Ultraviolette launched the F77 Mach 2 in April 2024 with an introductory price of Rs 2,99,000 for the first 1,000 customers. The electric bike is available in two variants: Standard and Recon. The Recon costs Rs 3,99,999 (both ex-showroom Bengaluru). The standard variant gets a 7.1kWh capacity battery pack with a claimed IDC (Indian Driving Conditions) range of 211km while the Recon variant gets a 10.3kWh capacity battery pack with a claimed IDC range of 323km. Both variants get a claimed top speed of 155kmph. It takes 3 hours to charge the battery from 20-80% in the standard and in the Recon variant, it takes 5 hours (both with the standard charger).

The Mach 2 gets a TFT instrument console and three ride modes: Glide, Combat, and Ballistic. The suspension setup consists of an inverted fork and a monoshock while braking duties are taken care of by a 320mm front disc brake and a 230mm rear disc brake with switchable dual-channel ABS.

Ultraviolette also unveiled the F99 electric superbike in India recently. The EV maker is planning on setting two records with the bike in the coming days; one is about the highest top speed achieved by an Indian bike yet and the second is for the fastest quarter mile time by an Indian bike. The F99 was unveiled at EICMA 2023 and gets a 90kW liquid-cooled motor with a claimed top speed of 265kmph and a claimed 0-100 acceleration time of 3 seconds. The bike gets a very aggressive design and gets winglets with active aero. The production version of the F99 will be launched globally in 2025 and is expected to cost about Rs 8 lakh (ex-showroom).
