Superhuman levels of fearlessness, lightning quick reflexes, and of course a machine that teeters on the bleeding edge of technology – these are the aspects that come to mind to any motorcycle enthusiast when they think about the Isle Of Man TT. Making a tricoloured mark on this endeavour is an even more special achievement, and that’s exactly what Ultraviolette has done. 

F77 Riders

It took five of its finest, sportiest electric motorcycles, the Ultraviolette Mach 2 and completed the Snaefell Mountain Course - a crooked, 60.72km ring of 219 corners that’d test any two-wheeled machine to its limits. 

Of course, Ultraviolette had to take the help of the best of the best. This included a former Isle of Man TT winner James Hillier, Abhishek Vasudev founder of Mad Rabbit Racing and a multiple national two-wheeler racing champion, and actor and motorcycle aficionado Ranvijay Singha. 

June 6 marked the achievement of this, and it was set in stone by the Asia Book of Records as well as the India Book of Records.

While the F77 got to go Mach 2 on the Isle Of Man TT, we really hope next year Ultraviolette gets the oh-so-breath-taking F99 whizz around the course, and showcase how far Indian automotive technology has come.
