Nissan has updated the Magnite with subtle yet much-needed styling tweaks, while maintaining a similar starting price tag of Rs 5.99 lakh (ex-showroom). It continues to be offered with the same powertrain options and is available in six broad variants.
If you are considering the N-Connecta variant of the facelifted Magnite, then this report is for you as it provides a complete overview of what it offers in 8 images.
Prices for the Magnite N-Connecta variant start at Rs 7.86 lakh and go up to Rs 10.34 lakh (ex-showroom), based on the engine and transmission option you choose. However, these prices may vary, as Nissan has only announced introductory prices for the Magnite facelift which are applicable to the first 10,000 customers.
At the front the N-Connecta variant features a black-finished honeycomb grille that gives it a muscular look. It comes equipped with halogen headlights but gets LED DRLs. Additionally, the N-Connecta variant boasts a silver-finished skid plate integrated into the redesigned bumper, further enhancing its appearance.
Over the lower-specced variant, the main additions in the N-Connecta variant are the redesigned 16-inch alloy wheels and body side cladding. Other design elements include roof rails capable of carrying loads up to 50 kg and body-coloured ORVMs with integrated LED turn indicators.
At the rear, the design remains similar to the pre-facelift model but features a tweaked tailight and bumper with skid plates. Elements such as the roof-mounted spoiler, rear wiper with defogger, and shark fin antenna are carried over from the entry-level variants.

Step inside the N-Connecta variant, and you will find an all-black cabin theme with contrasting silver accents throughout. It gets fabric seat upholstery, while the dashboard includes soft-touch leather elements, and the door pads boast grey-finished fabric inserts. Overall, the interiors exude a sporty vibe but lack the dual-tone finish and upscale elements found in higher-spec variants.
Feature additions in the N-Connecta variant include a 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 7-inch digital driver’s display, a 6-speaker ARKAMYS audio system, type-C charging ports in both rows, rear AC vents, and push button start/stop. Other amenities such as power windows, air filter, keyless entry and steering mounted controls are carried forward from the lower variants.
On the safety front, it gets six airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, a tyre pressure monitoring system, 3-point seat belt for all passengers and a reverse parking camera with sensors.
Nissan offers both the 1-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine and the 1-litre turbo-petrol unit with the N-Connecta variant. The former produces 72 PS/96 Nm, while the latter generates 100 PS/160 Nm. The NA petrol can be had with either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed automatic transmission (AMT), while the turbo engine is available with either a 5-speed manual or a CVT-type automatic transmission.
Based on its pricing, the 2024 Magnite facelift lock horns with the Maruti Fronx, Hyundai Exter, Tata Punch, Toyota Taisor, Hyundai Venue, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Kia Sonet, Renault Kiger, Citroen Basalt and Mahindra XUV 3XO.
