Nissan India has commenced exports for its facelifted Magnite which was launched in India in October 2024. Over 2700 units of the facelifted iteration have already been exported to the Rainbow Nation. Nissan has revealed that the subcompact SUV will be exported to 65+ International markets, including left-hand driver markets as well.
Over the years, more than 1.5 lakh units of the Magnite have been sold globally and with the facelifted version, the Japanese carmaker hopes to keep growing that number. Here is a look at the facelifted Magnite:
The Magnite facelift’s pricing in South Africa ranges from R2.46 lakh to R4.11 lakh, which equates to Rs 11.55 lakh to Rs 19.30 lakh in Indian currency. In India, the same car’s price starts from Rs 5.99 lakh and goes all the way up to Rs 11.50 lakh (ex-showroom). So the car sold in South Africa is around Rs 6-8 lakh more expensive.

The Nissan Magnite very recently received a facelift which introduced a tweaked exterior, some new features inside the cabin and a few premium touches in the interior. Both the South African and Indian version of the Magnite come with multiple variants and colour options to choose from.

The Magnite’s key features include an 8-inch infotainment system that supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 7-inch digital instrument display, multi-colour ambient lighting, an air purifier, a 6-speaker Arkamys tuned sound system, keyless entry with push-button start stop and cruise control.

Passenger safety includes six airbags, ABS with EBD, ESC, a 360-degree camera with rear parking sensors, and a tyre pressure monitoring system.
