The moment you’re waiting for is finally here: Hyundai India has announced the prices of one of its most anticipated models of this year, the 2024 Creta facelift. The compact SUV is priced from Rs 11 lakh (ex-showroom) and is available in seven broad variants. This marks the first facelift for the second-gen Creta, which has been on sale since 2020.

2024 Creta Facelift Design 

The 2024 Creta facelift gets a robust design featuring connected LED daytime running lights (DRLs) with inverted L-shaped insignias and a more prominent and upright square grille. Even the headlights are now more square, and the substantial cladding and chunky skid plate on the bumper add to the overall rugged look up front.

Save for the new snazzy looking alloys, no major changes have been made to the silhouette. And at the rear, you get a new set of connected LED tail lamps and a chunky bumper that rounds off the overall exterior design. 

The styling revisions have also resulted in the Creta facelift growing a bit longer than the outgoing model.

2024 Creta Facelift Interior 

The interior of the Hyundai Creta facelift has also been heavily overhauled, now featuring a dual-tone theme that incorporates light colors and piano black elements. The complete redesign of the dashboard now accommodates dual 10.25-inch screens, neatly mounted on a slim bezel and looks upmarket.

Ambient lighting adds a touch of flair throughout the cabin, and a noteworthy improvement includes the incorporation of physical knobs and buttons for the air conditioning controls, accompanied by a separate display for enhanced functionality.

2024 Creta Facelift Features 

In typical Hyundai fashion, this update packs plentiful new features including dual-zone climate control, fully digital driver’s display, 360-degree camera and ADAS. Bits such as the Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Bose sound system, ventilated front seats, panoramic sunroof and powered driver’s seat have been retained. 

Apart from ADAS, the Creta’s safety features include six airbags, electronic stability control, tyre pressure monitoring, front and rear parking sensors, and ISOFIX child seat mounts. 

2024 Creta Facelift Engines 

The 2024 Hyundai Creta maintains its existing 1.5-litre NA petrol and diesel engines, but a noteworthy addition is the introduction of the Verna-sourced 160 PS 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine. This particular engine option is exclusively available with the 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and is limited to the top-tier SX (O) variant. Here’s a look at the specifications:
