TVS Motor Company has confirmed that the updated Apache RR 310 will be launched on September 16, 2024. The bike was also spied two days ago, revealing a new update about it.

The launch date was confirmed through an invite we received for the launch event and the infographic had a top speed of 215.9kph and the words “Chang Circuit, Thailand” written on it. We think that this suggests that TVS will be using the learnings from its RR 310ARRC race bike and incorporate them in the updated Apache RR 310 road bike to improve its overall performance. This could result in a power bump compared to the current model and other improvements in overall handling and rider aids. Currently, the supersport bike is powered by a 312cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine producing 34PS at 9700rpm and 27.3Nm at 7600rpm.

In the latest spy shot, we saw that the upcoming model gets aerodynamic winglets attached to the fairing. It could also be just for aesthetic purposes but we shall wait till we can see the bike in flesh. We also think that the updated RR 310 might get some new features like cruise control, cornering ABS, cornering traction control and wheelie control like the TVS Apache RTR 310.

The spy shot also revealed that the upcoming model looks almost identical to the current RR 310. So, the changes are most likely to be limited to the internals and aesthetics . The updated Apache RR 310 is expected to be priced around the Rs 2.90 lakh (ex-showroom) mark. Its rivals are the Keeway K300 R, KTM RC 390 and the Kawasaki Ninja 300.
