The icon is seen testing out its new future hardware with vigor

With another sighting of the upcoming
Bullet 350 floating on the internet, the last remaining member of Royal Enfield’s old order looks eager to join the modern J-series bandwagon.

To keep the Bullet’s heritage intact in this transition to modernity, the aesthetic silhouette of the Bullet 350 has been retained and at first glance, you will not mistake it for any of its siblings. Look closer and you begin to notice the changes which help this icon open another innings.

Bits like the flatbed cruiser-style footpegs, and that distinctly modern J-series 349cc engine which it will share with the Classic 350, Meteor 350 and the new Hunter 350, are what stand out first. Expect the engine to be in the same tune as the Classic 350. This near production-guise bike was spied recently which offered a clearer view of the upcoming motorcycle
.

The Bullet 350 is the oldest production bike in the world and the world is changing rapidly. Hence, this transition is necessary if not critical. Yes, somewhere the old-school style of the Bullet 350 will begin to fade, but the name will live on, and that’s reassuring.

The new Royal Enfield Bullet 350 might break cover by February 2023 at an expected price of Rs 1.80 lakh (ex-showroom). Currently the Bullet 350 costs Rs 1,70,840 (on-road Delhi) and will rival the likes of the Yamaha FZ-X and the upcoming Kawasaki W175
