Exclusive: KTM Duke & Husqvarna Svartpilen and Vitpilen New Colour Options Incoming

The bright and the bold get brighter and bolder

Reportedly, both Husqvarna’s Svartpilen and Vitpilen and the entire KTM Duke range – 125, 200, 250 and 390 – will get new colours. Exciting? Yes! Both brands are known for their exciting colourways, and this fresh new line sounds pretty exciting.

New Duke Who Dis?
125 Duke:

The baby Duke is said to get a new white, orange and blue mix to complement its black frame and white subframe. Electric orange will be continued, though the ceramic white colour option may be shelved.

200 Duke:

The white, orange and blue combination like you’ve seen on the new 390 Adventure appears to be a popular shade and makes its way to the 200 Duke as well. As in the case of 125 Duke, Electric Orange continues and ceramic white will be relegated. Our sources also suggest that the 200 Duke could get the 250 Duke’s Metallic Silver.

250 Duke:

This mild-mannered Duke will get a new grey and black base tone with streaks of orange along with orange splashes on body panels to amp up the sportiness. The shade ‘Dark Galvano’ will continue but Metallic Silver may be discontinued.

390 Duke:

The big boy too gets a new shade, with hints of blue in it, harmonising Liquid Metal with orange overtones and streaks of black to balance the blue.

Husqvarna 250 Twins:

The Svartpilen and Vitpilen 250 will now be seen wearing a new black, blue and beige colourway. Moreover, the Svartpilen will also get a full black colour option whereas the Vitpilen will don a full white garb. It could replace the existing shade, but further clarity is required.

KTM and Husqvarna are known to play with bright shades that pop out brighter than the sun. It can be loud and flashy to the eyes of the regular folks, but for us, they feel like summer.
