The Apache RTR 160 is built on a double-cradle frame which is suspended upon conventional telescopic front forks and dual gas-charged rear shock absorbers. The braking setup comprises of a 270mm petal disc brake at the front and a 130mm drum unit at the rear (200mm disc optional). Its 17-inch wheels are shod with 90/90 front and 110/80 rear tubeless tyres. ABS has been given a miss here and isn’t even offered as an option. Apache is cheap and best beast on which you can rely...I will say there is no problem in long rides handling is perfect ..the only con is dat pilion will not be comfortable for long rides to avoid dat u can alter cushion ..n ya engine produce decent power so u will enjoy ride....the only thing u need to worry is chain sprocket after 4to5 k KM's u have to change I hope this satisfies your questions...atlast m riding Apache since 9yrs no issues the engine is still now good I have done each service in time

Definitely bro, i travelled 350 km in one day.bus aapko non stop chalane ke baad rest dena padega bike ko vrna hota yeh hai ki aap non stop chalane ke baad aap jab bhi bike chalaoge to aeisa feel hoga jaise bhadke huye sand ke uper baith gye ho.200km ke baad kmsekam one night or half day ka rest jaroori hai uske baad to bike as always makkhan ki tarah chalegi.kyuki rest nhi doge to bike ki awaaj hi change ho jayegi or rest dene ke baad normal ho jaati hai

Don't do non stop stretch of 600 Kms with a 160cc engine maximum you can do non stop stretch of 150kms by cruising in between 80 to 100. As it is a air cooled engine you should give a minimum of half an hour break after cruising 150kms non stop or else you can choose higher models like RR 310 then you can easily cruise at 120kmph non stop.

No. It is air cooled engine. You cannot cruise. Engine will be affected. Mileage will also affect. I did 350 km once, mileage dropped like anything. If you are looking for very long drives check out oil cooled engines and cruiser bikes like avenger, which has relaxed sitting position.

Speed can variate depending upon the roads but you can go for 600 km , if you have the stamina to drive in continuity, I have done 210 km without stopping..and speed max driven was 132 with gears but cruising speed good will be approximate 80-100..

Bro! toh jo log leh-laddakh jate hai unke toh bike ka engine hi khatam ho jata hoga or 100 logon mese 10 log apache se hi ride krte hai leh me or yeh to adventure bike bhi nhi hai.

I just travelled Hyderabad to Bangalore it is nearly 520 km in 9 hours it depends on engine oil you use

Handling is good and it supports long rides of 150 kmph only if you use a full synthetic engine oil and other issues are negligible like vibrations.
